Referrals
We accept patient referrals from all major agencies
NDIS
EPC / CDM
Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) /Chronic Disease Management (CDM) referral – from your GP for up to 5 podiatry visits paid by Medicare in a calendar year.
Department of Veterans Affairs
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) referral – from your GP.
Self Funded
Clients are welcome to self-fund their consultations by paying with cash or credit card. Referrals are not required to use our services.
Private Health
Customers with private health do not require a referral. We encourage our customers to confirm their rebate entitlements with their health fund. We accept all major funds and provide on the spot receipts for convenient claiming.
RTWSA & Public Trustee
We manage and accept referrals of all types from RTWSA and the Public Trustee department.
Home Care Packages
We are a preferred contracted Podiatry provider for many home care package offerings.
